I was born and raised in Dubai, educated in Australia in sports performance and chronic disease/injury rehabilitation; my skills involve developing and progressing a training plan to suit all ages and all levels of fitness.
I have been an active member of sport and physical activity from the age of 6, representing my high school and university in basketball, track and tae kwon do.
My approach to fitness is a holistic one. Through my use of rehabilitation techniques combined with the traditional resistance training and cardiovascular training, I make sure your goals are defined, achievable, measurable and most important of all, sustainable whether it be weight loss, post-surgery rehab or performance enhancement.
