I started doing Calisthenics just over 1 year ago but I have been a fitness enthusiast ever since playing basketball back in my high school and college days and then participating in different fitness competitions. The main reason I chose to focus on Calisthenics is because for me, it is the most complete and fulfilling form of fitness . That is why I took a big step and decided to become a professional Calisthenics coach, I wanted to share my personal experience on how beneficial it is and show them the beauty of gaining that much STRENGTH and BALANCE with just your own body weight.
